Take away from Chapter 4

The portion in the chapter where they talked about questioning though disciplinary lenses was very interesting. I loved the charts and how they used Blooms to help you with questions to ask your students to further their thinking capability.  I also never thought about when the text says that beginning readers work on comprehension that they address the same common core standards as high school seniors

  1. I agree about the comment on common core standards, so it seems to be even more important for younger kids to find ways get reading incorporated in their schooling and at home.
